If you’re a part of Lesbian Tik Tok, you’re probably familiar with the drama surrounding WNBA hopeful and seven year senior Sedona Prince.

In 2024, one of many women who has been victimized my Sedona by way of domestic violence came forward to share her experience with the public. She released a number of videos on Tik Tok explaining how a simple birthday trip with her then partner turned into one of the scariest nights of her life. The videos amassed over 19 million views in total, and opened the door for a call to action to have Sedona removed from her college team.

While Sedona may not have been removed from her team, she was snubbed for the draft into the WNBA. Multiple news outlets sighted her history with Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, her age, and past injuries as the reasons why she wasn’t a desirable player for the league this year.

This is a win for survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse alike as violence in same sex relationships often goes unchecked. Sending love to everyone who was impacted by Sedonas toxic behavior!
